If you are interested in Ms. West performing at a private event, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
-Event location, date, and time. Please specify whether the event is indoors or outdoors;
-Number of attendees;
-Whether the performance will be a seated concert or background music for an event;
-If there is a piano and/or drum kit onsite;
-Sound system and instruments that will be provided, including: PA system, sound board, mics, amps, speakers, etc.;
-Size of ensemble preferred (any combinations of piano, upright bass, drums, and guitar);
-Duration and number of sets (e.g. one hour long set, no break; one 90 minute set; two 45 minute sets with a 15 minute break, etc. Multiple combinations are possible); and
-Whether lodging and/or travel will be required.
Hosts are responsible for providing suitable sound systems and backline as well as covering costs associated with airline travel, ground transportation from and to the airport, and lodging.
A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking to hold date.
